About

Andrea has dedicated her career to administrative law, regulatory and Corporate/M&A, focusing on regulated markets such as life sciences, healthcare, food, medical devices and cosmetics, among others.

She has extensive experience advising local and international clients in administrative processes, public bids, health care summaries, market entry, clinical studies and life sciences’ M&A processes, among others.

In matters of Compliance, she advises clients on corporate governance, anti-corruption, criminal liability of legal entities and compliance programs. In addition, she is responsible for the Compliance and Lobby Law Unit of the Eclass Corporate Law Certificate at Universidad de Los Andes (2021 to date).
