Juan Pablo has focused his practice on Public and Regulatory Law, advising various national and international clients on matters related to the public sector and regulated markets, such as aeronautical, customs, health, urban planning, and construction law, among others. His expertise includes administrative sanctions, concessions, and public procurement, with extensive experience in both administrative and judicial proceedings before sectoral regulators, municipalities, the Office of the Comptroller General of the Republic, and ordinary and special courts, among others.
