Gonzalo has focused his practice on corporate and transactional matters, with special dedication to Restructuring and Insolvency. He advises both local and foreign clients in various areas of corporate law, including Capital Markets, Project Finance, Banking and Finance and M&A, among others, highlighting his participation in advising on Restructuring and Insolvency matters.

He has participated in the negotiation and structuring of highly complex financial, transactional and liability restructuring transactions, including bankruptcy reorganization agreements, restructurings, bilateral and syndicated loans, public offerings of shares, corporate and securitized bond issues, acquisitions of local and foreign companies or packages of assets, private equity transactions, development and financing of real estate projects, and advisory services in the structuring and registration process of issuers and securities.
