About

Pablo has more than 30 years of experience in mining and natural resources law. He regularly advises domestic and foreign clients on mining operations, financings, mergers and acquisitions, and engineering and construction projects. He has extensive experience in strategic project advisory, permitting, and special mining contracts, such as option to purchase agreements, exploration contracts and joint venture agreements, among others.

In January 2023 he assumed the co-chair of the Mining Law Committee of the Energy, Environment, Natural Resources and Infrastructure Section of the International Bar Association (SEERIL - IBA).
