Paula has focused her practice in corporate and transactional matters. She advises local and foreign clients, from diverse business and industrial areas, in their corporate requirements, including the development, financing and execution of projects, M&A, banking and financial transactions, capital markets operations, among others.

She has participated in the negotiation and structuring of complex financial and transactional operations, including bilateral and syndicated loans, restructurings, acquisitions of local and foreign companies or asset packages, private equity transactions, development and financing of real estate projects, and advising in the structuring and registration process of issuers and securities.
